Hi, I’m Laura — planner, creative, calm-in-the-chaos type. I help couples plan intentional, beautifully styled weddings that don’t just look amazing — they feel like them.
My love for weddings started with Father of the Bride (obviously), but these days, what gets me most excited is the in-between moments: a perfectly timed toast, a slow walk down the aisle, your guests tearing up over the playlist you curated yourselves. I’m here for the personal stuff — the little details that hit just right.
I’m based in Virginia, but work with couples planning everything from historic estate weekends to intimate destination celebrations. My style? Elevated but unfussy. Classic, with a twist. Always thoughtful, always you.
When I’m not managing timelines or styling tablescapes, I’m with my little family or catching up with Jordan over a glass of Prosecco — usually mid-scroll through some dream venue we’re hoping to plan at next.

Weddings have had me in a chokehold since my flower girl days — and I’ve basically never recovered. Whether I was tossing petals down the aisle or standing beside my best friend as her maid of honor, I’ve always been drawn to the energy, the emotion, and all the behind-the-scenes magic that makes a wedding feel like a story unfolding in real time.
With a degree in hospitality and communications from Virginia Tech, I bring a calm, grounded presence to each event. From building timelines to tracking down boutonnières that mysteriously wander off, I’m the one quietly keeping the day on track — so you can be fully present without ever seeing what’s happening in the background. My job is to make it look easy (even when it’s not).
I’m Laura’s right hand on wedding weekends — the one double-checking ceremony chairs, cueing the processional, and making sure someone actually eats a piece of cake. We make a good team, and I’m proud to help create something beautiful, personal, and completely unforgettable.
Outside of weddings, you’ll usually find me outdoors with friends, catching live music, or romanticizing my afternoon coffee. I believe the best events reflect the people at the center of them — and I’m honored to help bring that to life.
