If there ever was an event that proved micro-weddings are here to stay, Kait and Chris’s Italian inspired nuptials is it. When we were asked to work on their big day, they knew they wanted something that was small and intimate, while incorporating a taste of the traditional wedding feels—and together we came up with this incredible celebration. We’re obsessed with the creamy and neutral color palette—champagnes and blushes pair perfectly with stucco and travertine—and can’t get enough of the locally sourced fluffy dahlias. The late fall blooms on the rose pergola helped to add the sweetest touch of romance to their ceremony space, while their beautiful array of perfectly curated desserts managed to feel both playful and sophisticated. Our biggest question? Can every wedding include jumbo homemade oatmeal cream pies? We’re feeling the 90’s kid nostalgia big time on this one!
